On-line Training


I run these programmes every 3 months starting in Jan.  3 months of guided personal training using a suspension trainer (TRX) , body weight and light weights.  All from the comfort of your home either follow along live or catch up at a time that suits you. 

A safe and supportive space to finally sort out your mindset, nutrition and lead a healthier, happier life.


90 Day Kickstart

I completely understand that making time for exercise is difficult.  You have probably tried lots of different programmes before but work or life has just got in the way.  I will work around your schedule, train you at work or home and make sure that, together, we reach your goals.

Group Sessions

A mixture of High Intensity Interval Training, circuits and strength and conditioning.  Every session is different so there is no chance to get bored.  Inside and outdoor sessions (weather dependent) and a friendly, uncompetitive environment.  Pay as you go or buy a group package (excellent value for money)



2020 will be remembered as a tough year and until the gyms can safely open again training needs to carry on outside or at home.  Follow along live or watch the recorded session back at a time that suits you.  The work outs can even be done from a hotel room!  You just need to a suspension trainer to join in, and I have a few spare so do ask if you don’t have one. 3 sessions a week, starting simple and building up to Intermediate. Available to all levels of fitness as you determine how hard to make it for yourself! It is a 3 month programme for good reason, you will really see some results after the programme and feel stronger and more toned.



What Can You Expect?

Online Training
  • 3 strength and conditioning  training sessions a week that you can complete live with me or at a time that suits you.  I strongly recommend that you do at least 3 sessions per week and we will do focussed glute and core work that you can fit in when you have the time.
  • The suspension trainer means that you can make the exercises as hard or as easy as you want them to be.  It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are at the start, but you can be sure that it will improve over the 3 months! 
Closed Facebook Group
  • Once you have signed up you will be invited to join the closed Facebook Group and get access to the online AnnaMotion fitness community, where we can support each other and share advice, tips, recipes and accountability to each other.
  • Small group sizes, so that I can set you achievable goals and you can ask me any questions you might have.
Healthy Living Advice
  • You can’t out-train a bad diet (one of my favourite mantras) so if your aim is fat loss then you will need to understand your macros (protein, carbs, fat) in order to access the stored fat. This is not a diet! this understanding your food and how to find a balance to reach your goals.
  • I will hold live chat sessions so that you can ask questions and we can find the best way forward for you.
  • Motivation coaching – I can’t give you motivation but I can support you and remind you of why this is a good thing to do and consistency is everything – so a little bit of encouragement can go a long way.



Join The Group Sessions


Held inside and outside at Dean Close School, 2 times a week the Group Sessions are fun, inclusive and highly effective.

Tue and Thu mornings after school drop off 0815-0915hrs  


What Can You Expect?

  • 3 circuit training sessions a week at various locations but always fun, with music and the chance to exercise with other members of the AnnaMotion fitness community.
Fitness Community
  • Access to the online AnnaMotion fitness community, where we can support each other and share advice, tips, recipes and motivation.
  • Group activities & monthly challenges
  • Small group sizes, so that I can coach you personally and you don’t feel lost in a large class.
Healthy Living Advice
  • At each circuit session we’ll discuss a different aspect of nutrition and healthy living.
  • Any previous injuries will be catered for and most have found that their strength has improved dramatically.

 I’m not offering a fad diet or quick fix. I’m here to help you take back control and move forward healthier and happier.  Places are very limited as I only commit to 3 clients at a time for this programme. 

What Can You Expect?

  • Nutrition coaching, explaining how the major food groups work and setting your targets.
  • Supermarket tour, so that you can really understand the labels and make the right decisions to help you on your journey.
  • Advice on weekly meal planning.
  • 3 sessions a week, usually an hour but can be as short as 40 mins if you are pressed for time – either in your house, a gym or a mix of both.
  • Access to the group circuit sessions each week, as outlined above.
  • Gym tour, to demystify what all those machines do and how to use gym equipment properly.
Personal Support
  • Baseline measurements.  We start with the baseline body measurements, so that you can track success of the following weeks and months.
  • Call me any time to check on food choices, adjust your workout schedules or to check on detail that may have slipped your mind.  
  • Personal goal setting that is realistic, achievable and sustainable.
  • Access to the online AnnaMotion fitness community, where we can support each other and share advice, tips, recipes and motivation.
  • A goodie-bag of health and fitness accessories.
